Execution of a separate Franchise Agreement or Memorandum of Understanding
Satisfactory completion of KEIPL's due diligence and background checks
Compliance with all applicable Central and State Government regulations
Payment of applicable fees as outlined in the Franchise Agreement
Ongoing adherence to KEIPL's operational standards, brand guidelines, and quality benchmarks

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
